All Service Engineers go through highly extensive training, which includes both class room and practical training sessions. They are also required to be certified from time to time to update their knowledge on the products. In addition to getting trained on the products they are responsible for, our Service Engineers are cross trained on other products to increase their knowledge.

Our Service Engineers are known among our customers to be exceptionally trained, extremely efficient and highly experienced professionals who work towards achieving our customer’s objectives. For prompt and trouble free service, we have placed more than 160 Service Engineers in 25 locations of India who are equipped to attend to any issue within 24 hours of the call placed by the customer.

In addition to training our service team, we also train our customers to help them attain full knowledge of the product functioning. As per their convenience, our customers can choose from a wide variety of flexible training sessions offered by us.
