At Medha, we lay great emphasis on Customer Service, focusing on the areas of servicing, product support and customer training. All our Customer Service functions are handled by specially trained team of Marketing and Servicing Engineers.
Our Marketing Engineers are at hand to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate model for their specific application, finalizing the specifications in relation to the customer’s particular requirement, providing techno-commercial clarifications, and ensuring that delivery and installation is carried out smoothly and efficiently, by maintaining a proper liaison between the customer and production departments of the company.
Our Service Engineers, who are specially trained on the products, provide installation support immediately after delivery of the product, and fault repair services, as and when required, at customer sites. They are provided with specially designed tool kits and the requisite tested spares for this purpose. Customer complaints and reports from Service Engineers are reviewed periodically during non-conformance reviews, which form the basis for design improvements of the product.
As part of the process we impart training to our customers by way of
- Conducting technical seminars at customer sites.
- Training of select people, who are responsible for regular maintenance of the equipment, by the service engineers at customer sites.
- In-depth training at our factory premises to the staff deputed by the customer.
