HEAD (G.M. - Designs) – POWER ELECTRONICS

He is responsible for delivering projects on time with technical and people management abilities.
Responsible for guiding team members to be highly motivated and ensure to get the best output.
Responsible for applying innovative ideas in formulating the concept, designing, developing and delivering the product.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Technical Skills: 
Should have good exposure to design and development of High Rated power electronics products like Power Supply, SMPS, DC-DC Converters, Static Converters and Inverters.  Expertise in hardware modeling, simulation tools, hardware debugging, design of high frequency board etc. Hands on experience in Power Electronic Components like IGBT, SCR, and THYRESTOR etc. 

People Skills: 
Should have good leadership qualities along with the technical abilities, which adds an additional contribution in delivering the product by bringing high-level motivation among the team members with his team player abilities.

Qualification: 
Diploma/Degree/Master Degree in Electronics Engineer preferably with specialisation in Power Electronics

Experience: 
Should have a minimum of 10 to 20 years experience in Design and Development of the product

Age: 
Between 35-40
