JOB DESCRIPTION OF HARDWARE LEAD

He/She is the responsible for the projects delivering on time with his technical and people abilities.

Responsible for guiding team members as a highly motivated and ensure get the things done through them.

Responsible for applying innovative ideas in developing the concept, designing,developing and delivering the product

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills: Should have good exposure to Design and Development of Embedded Products & Systems. Should have hands on experience Product Development, Hardware Design or Firmware Design. And also should have sound knowledge on total SDLC Process(Software Development Life Cycle). Candidate,possessing experience in Process Oriented Organsiation will be added advantage.

People Skills: should have good leadership qualities along with the technical abilities, which adds an additional contribution in delivering the product by bringing high-level motivation among the team members with his team player abilities.

Resposibility: Should be resposible for overall project Management, Design, Prototype Development, Testing & Validation by guiding a team.

Qualification: Degree/Master Degree in Electronics Engineering

Experience: should have a Minimum of 10 years experience in Embedded Product Development.

Age: Between 30-40 years
